原料
雞蛋3粒, 糖230g (我放200g ), 低筋麵粉230g, 100plus75g
步驟
1,雞蛋打起泡泡,加入糖打至濃鬱和乳白色
2)加入低筋麵粉攪拌均勻,在加入100plus拌勻
3)蛋糕糊撒上十字架的幼糖,就會發了(我用粗糖, 撒糖後刀塗油畫十)
4)蒸籠鋪上紙,大火蒸30分鐘至熟
