原料;冷飯 1碗;雞蛋 1個;澱粉 30克;醬油 少許;鹽 大量;雞粉 少量
做法:

4、把雞蛋倒進調好味的冷飯里,攪拌勻稱;

5、鍋里放油,比日常炒菜用的油多一點,燒至6成熱,開小火;

6、把拌好的冷飯倒半碗進去鍋里,煎1分鐘;
