3、苦瓜的瓤處理好之後,再把它切成均勻的薄片

4、鍋中放入足夠的水,燒開之後加一勺油,再加一勺鹽,把苦瓜放進鍋中焯水40秒到一分鐘左右,焯水的時間不宜過長,否則會影響苦瓜的口感。(焯水的時候放鹽和油,可以焯過水的苦瓜顏色不會變色,依然是翠綠的)。

5、焯水之後,把苦瓜放進涼白開中冰一下。
