1、食材:芋頭、蝦米、粘米粉、雞精、鹽、十三香

2、鍋中下入適量的油,將蝦米用油爆香

3、將爆香的蝦米跟油一起倒入芋頭當中

4、現在我們開始調味,加入適量的鹽、雞精、十三香,十三香是為了增加芋頭的香味,將所有調味料攪拌均勻

5、攪拌均勻的芋頭絲里加入適量的粘米粉,這裡一定要用粘米粉,粘米粉去菜市場就能買到的,粘米粉的量為攪拌到芋頭絲能團成一團的狀態,如果太干可以適量的加入一點清水

6、把要裝芋頭的模具刷油,芋頭絲平鋪在盤上,刷油的目的是防止蒸熟的芋頭絲餅粘在模具上

7、水開上鍋大火蒸20分鐘就熟了
