【小提示】:
1、煎雞腿肉的時候,要不斷的用鏟子擠壓,使之充分受熱快速成熟
2、腌制雞腿前用牙籤在雞皮上扎一些小孔,既可以防止煎制的時候雞皮收縮,腌制的時候還容易入味。
