用大拇指的指關節壓雙側大腦的角孫穴一分鐘,咳嗽立止。

用力按壓雙側太陽穴一分鐘可以止喘,如果效果不佳,再按壓雙手魚際穴、太淵穴各一分鐘喘即止。

取太陽穴上一指再後一指的地方,按壓此點一分鐘(用力),血壓明顯下降,若不降,再順時針方向按揉百會穴36圈,血壓明顯下降,這對於血壓明顯過高的人(血壓200mmHg以上),可防止出現腦血管意外。
