首先要準備的材料有:

白米3/4米杯
洋蔥1/4顆
香菇一朵
牛肉適量
起司隨意 (個人喜歡很多很多)
蛋一顆
鹽巴 黑胡椒適量
蕃茄醬少許

做法:
1.先將米飯蒸熟之後放涼,加入一顆生蛋,還有些許鹽巴攪拌,

2.攪拌完之後拿出「料理紙」(沒錯又是這個神好用的東西)鋪在鍋底,然後將米飯倒上去排成圓形,在米飯上倒上蕃茄醬,

3.接著依序放上自己喜歡的材料,今天準備的是洋蔥,香菇,牛肉,先舖上洋蔥及香菇~

4.再加上牛肉,肉有先用鹽巴、黑胡椒醃過!

5.最後舖上滿滿的起司~~看個人喜好要放多少就放多少,因為我超愛起司所以放了很多!

6.然後就是蓋上鍋蓋煮個大約10分鐘,就會變成下面這樣子~
