菠菜又名波斯菜、赤根菜、鸚鵡菜等,屬藜科菠菜屬,一年生草本植物。植物高可達1米,根圓錐狀,帶紅色,較少為白色,葉戟形至卵形,鮮綠色,全緣或有少數牙齒狀裂片。菠菜的種類很多,按種子形態可分為有刺種與無刺種兩個變種。
注意:
1、燙好的菠菜不用刻意擠去水份,直接入料理機打成泥即可。
2、如果給娃娃吃,建議媽媽都選用比較好的原料。
