材料:
350g 番薯(蒸熟,压成泥)
80g 普通面粉
40g 细砂糖
200g 年糕 (切成小方块,重量约7g-9g,共 30粒)
1/2tsp 盐
1tbsp 粘米粉
做法:
1)把所有材料混合成团,分成每粒12克,包入一粒年糕搓圆。
2)沾上面粉,放入热油中,小火炸至表面金黄色,捞起沥干油,待凉享有。
小叮咛:
搓番薯粒时,手上沾些面粉,较容易操作,不会那么黏手。
