婆婆也是個心靈手巧的女人,不僅會織各種東西,而且還做得一手好菜。因為我們和婆婆公公不住在一起,但都住在一個小區,離的很近,我有時候會讓婆婆公公來家裡吃飯。有次和婆婆說道,我老公最近工作忙,早餐都顧不上吃幾口,前些天讓他吃了好幾天我做的雞蛋軟餅,婆婆說她會做餅,說著就教我做了個蔥花雞蛋餅。
婆婆切的蔥花不會太細,而且放好幾個雞蛋,生怕我老公營養跟不上,一邊做著一邊還跟我說:你可以換著樣給你老公做,營養要跟說,我看你冰箱裡的肉沒有了,改天買些肉,切成薄片,煎熟了夾在餅裡,還好吃。我說:好。
我自己也是有寶貝兒子的人,知道婆婆是心疼兒子,也很體諒她,認真跟著學了這道蔥花雞蛋餅,真不難,跟之前雞蛋軟餅的難度一樣。第二天做給老公吃,他還挺驚訝,說我做的跟婆婆口味還挺像,笑稱,我得到婆婆的真傳了~哈哈。

蔥花雞蛋餅的做法
主料:3個雞蛋、3個小蔥、適量麵粉
配料:白糖、鹽、胡椒粉
1、把小蔥洗乾淨,切成碎末備用;

2、將雞蛋磕到小盆子裡,用筷子把蛋清蛋黃攪拌均勻,然後把小蔥末倒入雞蛋液裡再次攪拌均勻;

3、往小盆裡倒入適量麵粉,攪拌均勻(麵粉量以能用筷子拉細絲為準);

4、之後再往小盆裡放半勺糖、半勺鹽、少量胡椒粉,攪拌均勻,然後靜置10分鐘;

5、往鍋裡淋少量的油,倒入攪拌好的雞蛋糊,小火開始煎;
