4.添加鹽調味。(我只添加了鹽一種調味料,您也可以根據自己的口味,添加五香粉或者十三香。)
5.倒入適量的麵粉,將豆腐揉到粘手的狀態。(我用了一塊豆腐,加了一小碗的麵粉。)

6.平底鍋燒幹水份,取一塊豆腐麵團,然後搓圓,壓扁,放入平底鍋內煎。
