每個人買鍋子第一件事情就是開始用,但其實第一步最重要的就是要「開鍋」。很多人都覺得買不沾鍋或高級鍋比較好,但如果會開鍋的話,就算只有幾十塊的鍋也很棒!那為什麼要開鍋呢?其實當鍋子出廠後,上面會有很多防繡油,所以透過開鍋可以把這有害物質給除去。

先把新買的鍋放在大火上乾燒。可以看到鍋內有變換。

鍋內都變了顏色後,把鍋倒過來放在火上燒一下,幾秒鐘就可以。

用勺子頂著鋼絲球把鍋內擦洗一遍。

把含有洗潔精的水倒了,然後再倒入清水清洗一遍。把水都倒了後,在火上再燒一會。
