材料:
鸡腿 起骨2只
柠檬 1粒半
腌鸡调味料:生抽、老抽、糖、胡椒粉(各少许)、花雕酒2汤匙、蛋黄粉1汤匙(custard powder)、鸡蛋1粒,腌2-3小时
调柠檬汁做法:柠檬汁2汤匙、糖1汤匙、蜜糖3汤匙、水3-4汤匙
另外要芡水:粟粉1茶匙和水少许混合
炸鸡粉料:粟粉1碗半(吃饭碗)、面粉2汤匙、胡椒粉少许,做混合均匀
做法:
1。热油,将鸡肉沾满和均匀粉料,炸至金黄色,取上沥干油份放入吸油纸,备用!
2。将鸡肉扒切成厚度片后,排上碟!
3。热锅倒入已混合的柠檬汁煮热后,放入已混合的芡水煮至浓,取上淋入鸡肉扒上就可以吃了哟
